Women 6 weeks to 1 year Postpartum*
Basic knowledge of hybrid style training (strength, functional fitness, Crossfit, HIIT, etc)
No major complications from pregnancy or birth in the past 3 months
If you are under 6 weeks Postpartum, we offer a monthly rolling programme that is fine tuned to the early stages of post-natal training.
