Yes, most programmes will be either home or gym specific. The only exceptions are the 6-week post natal programme which can be completed with minimal equipment (mini & long resistance bands and either a kettlebell or 2 dumbbells) at home or at the gym. All Pre-Natal Programmes require a fully equipped gym, however pre-natal home programmes can be personalised with a pre-natal individual programme. Drop us a message if you have any further questions on which programme to select.
As a minimum you need a set of mini-bands and both a red and black long resistance band. To level up your training I do request you have either a kettlebell or 2 dumbbells. When joining a programme you will receive a full list of equipment and links to the cheapest online purchase options.
Yes I do with limited spaces available, I operate out of Sleven Fitness Gym in Vauxhall or I do home visits local to the SE22 area in South East London.
Yes, please just let me know 7 days before the billing date. Can be paused a maximum of 2 months at a time.
If you'd like to change programme, for example you need to move onto a Phase 2 Post-Natal Programme as you're more advanced, just drop us a message on FITR or on info@sophitcoaching.com
Yes, you will need to be on an Individual Programme and we will require a coaching call before i start programming for you to discuss your limitations and adaptions. This is a more exclusive programme and I will work closely with you, checking in after every session to make sure everything is working well and making changes whenever necessary, Please book a consultation call here to discuss your options.
The programming is delivered via an easy to use app called FITR. Here you can track your progress, film and upload video's of you training so we can critique your technique (or just tell you how great you look!) and chat to the team 24/7. There are demonstration videos for every exercise programmed so you never have to google it yourself. It is not a follow along video, although I do have a YouTube Channel with some follow-along videos on. Please note, these are a tool to use in conjunction with a structured programme and should not be used as a standalone training strategy.
