SOPHIT MAMA South East London Antenatal Personal Training

Sophie operates a home visit Personal Training service within the South East London Area. This means you're able to train in the comfort of your home, which is great if you're working from home or struggling with childcare/can't leave your baby just yet. 

Home visits must be within postcodes SE22, SE24, SE15, SE23, SE21, SE27. Please note you must have private or street parking.

There are also gym sessions available with Sophie at Sleven Fitness, Vauxhall or Peckham Yard just off Rye Lane, Peckham.
